Omega and Kaminoan minifigures rumoured for LEGO Star Wars summer 2022 wave

A rumoured minifigure line-up for this summer’s reported 75323 The Justifier suggests we’re in for some LEGO Star Wars firsts.

Twenty years on from Attack of the Clones landing in cinemas, we’re still yet to get our first Kaminoan minifigure – but that could all be about to change. Adding to earlier reports of Taun We among the minifigure line-up for the rumoured 75333 Jedi Starfighter, Instagram user greekbricks has corroborated a claim from republic_studs that a second summer set will include multiple Kaminoans.

That set is 75323 The Justifier, which is among the handful of LEGO Star Wars products initially rumoured for summer 2022, but now seemingly confirmed through online retailer listings. Cad Bane’s ship from Star Wars: The Bad Batch seems certain to include the bounty hunter himself, but will apparently also pack in at least two Kaminoans – and the first-ever minifigure of Omega.

Arguably the highest-profile Bad Batch character not included in last summer’s 75314 The Bad Batch Attack Shuttle, Omega’s addition to the LEGO Star Wars line-up has felt practically inevitable since the show debuted last year – and especially since we received confirmation of a second season of the animated Clone Wars spin-off series.

If 75323 The Justifier truly is based on The Bad Batch – and that’s still only a rumour at this point, even if it seems obvious – it would be the perfect excuse to round out the show’s primary characters in minifigures, and a perfect complement to the otherwise comprehensive 75314 The Bad Batch Attack Shuttle.

For now, take this rumoured minifigure line-up with the usual pinch of salt, but if earlier word of Taun We is correct, we also wouldn’t be surprised to see the LEGO Group instantly reuse whatever mould it’s cooked up for the Kaminoans in a Bad Batch set…
